Prenatal Support

As soon as your due date is on my calendar, I’ll be available for text and phone call coaching. Before you reach for Google or Chat GPT, you can ask me your pregnancy and birth questions.

We’ll also meet three times prenatally. Each session is designed to prepare you for birth and gives you practical tools you can start using during pregnancy.

Birth Support

Two weeks before your estimated due date, I’m officially on-call! We’ll keep in close contact until you go into labor, and on the big day when you’re ready for me to join you, I’ll head to your home. If you’re planning a hospital birth, I’ll follow you to the hospital and continue supporting you there.

I stay with you and your partner during your entire labor and birth. I’ll be with you to offer comfort measures, strategic positioning to help baby navigate through the pelvis, and to help your partner be involved and present. Once your baby is born, I’ll stay up to two hours after delivery and and help establish breastfeeding.

Postpartum Support

In the first six weeks of postpartum, I’ll come for your postpartum visit nourishing food, snacks and drinks, We’ll take time to debrief your birth, go over specific timeline birth notes and answer any questions about postpartum and newborn care.

“I TRULY BELIEVE A DOULA SHOULD BE A STANDARD OF CARE FOR EVERY BIRTH—AND TONI IS THE GOLD STANDARD.

I am forever grateful for Toni and the profound calmness she brought to my son’s birth. From our very first meeting, she gave me the confidence that I possessed the strength to navigate pregnancy and labor. She was right—but I truly couldn’t have done it without her acting as a pillar of calm and an anchor in the most epic of storms. Toni brought peace into chaotic moments and offered a face of pure love and support. Toni didn’t just support me; she transformed the entire birth experience for our family. Because she was there, my husband had the confidence to truly be my rock and birth partner. She gave him the space to support me without fear, helping us create such a sweet, soulful vibe to welcome our son into the world.”
